Walk-in unit one mile from Silver Dollar City! This unit has a fabulous sunset view from the large private deck. One of the pools is located directly across from the unit. New HVAC installed in 2021 ready to keep you cool all summer long. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Non-smoking and no pets please.

House Rules

I personally have severe life threatening allergies. One of which is animal dander. We cannot accommodate any animals.

Additional rules
BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE HOUSE RULES.

This nightly rate is for an occupancy of 6. Any additional guests over 6 is subject to a $20 per person nightly charge.

1. Guest must provide home address and email address within 48 hours of booking.
2. CHECK-OUT is 10AM. CHECK-IN is 4PM.
3. VISITORS - People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
4. QUIET HOURS – NOTCH ESTATES HOA Quiet Hours are 10PM-8AM
5. SMOKING or VAPING: Smoking nor Vaping (aka e-Cigarettes) is not allowing inside the unit. Security deposit will be forfeited for smoking in the unit.
6. GRILLS - No grills are allowed on the decks per association rules. There are charcoal grills available in the common areas of the association for guest use.
7. PROPERTY - Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
8. APPLIANCES - Only use appliances for their intended uses
9. PETS - Pets or animals of any kind not are NOT allowed for nightly rental units per HOA rules.
10. PARKING –Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on common grassy areas is not permitted. Trailer/boat parking is available in the designated area.
11. SEPTIC- DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, personal or baby wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for damages.
12. HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit and laundered upon Guest departure, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels for the pool.
13. FIREPLACE - Electric Fireplace must remain off when unit is unoccupied. Firesplaces should not be ran in conjunction with the AC. Guest is responsible for any HVAC repairs/calls as the result of this.
14. BUNK BEDS - Children under the age of 6 should not use the top bunk. Guests assume any and all risks related to accessing, sleeping in, and otherwise using bunk beds. FIREARMS: Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws.
15. CABLE TELEVISION AND INTERNET: Cable Television and internet is provided, and service level has been chosen by the owner. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to Internet service.
16. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - Any illegal activity will be grounds for immediate removal from the property and forfeit any refund and security deposit.
17. USE OF PROPERTY: Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that the Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
18. OWNERSHIP - All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
19. HOST LIABILITY: The Guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest, and that Guest should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
20. TERMINATION: Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of the agreement.

The space
We provide a handful of board and card games to keep the kiddos entertained. There is a pack and play in the unit. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates and silverware and the basic necessities for cooking. We do not provide coffee but there is a full size coffee pot that takes pods or ground coffee for guests to use. Guests should plan to bring beach towels if they intend to use the swimming pools.
Guest access
The full condo unit, pools, play area and nature trails. Condo association does have boat trailer parking available.
